The short version: Sus.AI is a party game. Use it to have fun with friends. Do not use it for anything harmful. AI-generated content may not always be perfect. In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. If something goes wrong, let us know.
By downloading, installing, or using Sus.AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the Georgia limited liability company that operates Sus.AI ("we," "us," "our").
Sus.AI is a pass-the-phone party game for 3-9 players. Each round, all players receive a secret word except one player ("the Sus") who must fake knowing it. Players answer AI-generated or pre-set questions, then vote on who they think is bluffing.
The App requires one physical device shared among all players. No accounts or internet login are required. Certain features (AI-powered questions, local categories) require an internet connection.
Sus.AI uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate questions and locally relevant words during gameplay. You should know:

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your previous purchases through the App's settings. The "Restore Purchases" function verifies your purchases with Apple or Google at no additional cost.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: playing a party game with friends, family, or other groups. You agree not to:
The App, including its design, code, branding, static content, and AI prompt engineering, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
AI-generated content (questions and words) is produced during gameplay for your personal entertainment. You may share screenshots or gameplay moments on social media. You may not systematically extract, collect, or republish AI-generated content from the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the App or any of its features at any time.
If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App, including revoking in-app purchase benefits in cases of fraud or abuse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@susai.game and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App.
Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
