The short version: Sus.AI collects almost nothing. We do not require accounts, we do not ask for your name or email, and we do not sell data to anyone. This policy explains exactly what we do and do not collect.
Sus.AI is a pass-the-phone party game for 3-9 players, developed and operated by a Georgia limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@susai.game.

We collect a minimal amount of data to make the game work and to improve it over time.
When you use the "Local Life" or "Local Sports" categories, you may enter a city name. This city name is:

We use PostHog to understand how people use the app. This helps us fix bugs and improve the game. PostHog collects:
PostHog does not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personally identifiable information (PII). Analytics data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.
When you play a game with AI-powered questions, a request is sent to Anthropic's Claude API. This request includes:
These requests do not include any personal information. Anthropic's API does not use this data to train its models. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details.
If you make an in-app purchase (Premium unlock or Pro subscription), the transaction is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, process, or store your payment information. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was made so we can unlock your content.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share data only with the following service providers, and only as described above:
We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.
All game data (player names, scores, game history) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. We do not operate a database of user information because we do not collect user information.
Anonymous analytics data is processed and stored by PostHog on their secure infrastructure. AI requests are processed in real-time by Anthropic and are not stored by us.
Sus.AI is rated for Everyone 10+. We take children's privacy seriously.
Because we collect so little data, your options are straightforward:
If you are a resident of California, the European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction that grants specific data rights (access, deletion, portability), you may exercise those rights by contacting us. In practice, because we do not store personal data, there is very little for us to provide or delete.
Sus.AI does not currently display ads. If we add advertising in the future, we will update this policy before doing so, and any ad-related data collection will be clearly disclosed.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will notify you through the app.
